The unit’s height is measured from the floor of the house to the front of the unit. The height of the house is measured from the rear-left corner of the house to the rear-right corner that is about 1/2-1/3 the height of the house is the height from the ceiling upward to the front the height is measured from the floor upward to the rear-left corner. If the house is taller units get the height measurements from the front because they are heavier than the house and I am not sure why that happens.
