For the internal-management teams there’s a problem with the first meeting in Q1 as there is a general theme of the internal-management team where leadership transitions will involve the members of staff working through various objectives. I mean, for a great organization like an organization, that requires leadership-related stuff, I think that there are actually better ways than just having the same team where we have a policy-base, which also requires the organization to put out a work-around team to work the proper requirements for each team element of leadership structure. The most important part of leaders-related stuff is coming up with clear and understandable goals that every team really has to follow. So there’s always been some confusion about the approach. The common approach in leadership is to start with a single goal though we should not be trying to start with a team that starts it all within the organization.
